Cannon Ball Express Wrecked Near Galeveston

The Fringe Cannon Ball express operating between Galeveston and St. Jouth wrecked four miles south of hare at midnight last night. Piceman George Bryant of Hugo Oklahoma was killed and Ginger Moore of Monet was seriously injured. Eighteen passengers were injured as the train ran as a double header northbound at forty miles per hour.

John Cassidy Injured In Crippen’s Pollnetary Accident

A worker in the West End named John Cassidy was severely injured at Crippens pollnetary this forenoon. While operating a planer a blade jammed and severed his foot. helpers stemmed the bleeding and Dr Alexander’s ambulance transported him to the hospital. Doctors expect to save the foot but it may be white until recovery.

Mrs John Ottaway Dies After Illness in Pittsburg Hospital

Mrs John Ottaway died Saturday after an operation at a Pittsburg hospital. Funeral services will be Tuesday at the family home in Union City at 1 o clock with burial in Union City. Mrs Ottaway had been a resident of Cony for many years and leaves her husband and a son and daughter. She moved to Union City three or four years ago.
