In Provo Utah AP reports Brigham Young University will permit male students to wear hair long and facial hair, while miniskirts remain banned. President Ernest L Wilkinson told about 20 500 students there is nothing wrong with a beard. He is tied to the Committee on Education and Welfare and represents Pennsylvania s 20th District.
