Five Pennsy and railroad crew members were injured when their motor driven car collided with a town truck at a grade crossing near BW siding north of Clymer. Foreman Lawson and four crewmen were hospitalized with fractures, contusions, and lacerations. driver of the truck was uninjured. Two additional railroad workers sought treatment later.
Judge Evans of Erie County Court approved the sale of the Keleher estate Exchange Hotel property on North Center street to the Corry Lodge of Moose for 19725. The Moose intends to remodel as a club headquarters after arranging with Endicott Johnson Shoe Co. lease terms. The ruling also confirmed a second sale on Spring Street to W. Waterhouse for 1000, with attorney Walter H. Scott representing the Keleher estate.
