Bubna Lawyers Seek Continuance In Fisher Murder Case
Erie Aug Attys John Blackmore and Edward Carney told Judge Elmer Evans they may seek a continuance of next Tuesday's arguments on new trial motions by Millie Thomas and Mike Bubna in the Robert Fisher murder case. They argued possible new evidence discovery, after a lengthy morning conference. McLaughlin will decide on opposition and Evans may call Judge Laub to rule on merits if petitions are filed.

George Michael Arbogast, 95, of Brielle, nicknamed the human pin cushion, was captured by the FBI in St. Louis. Sought since July as both a war dodger and escaped military prisoner. Special Agent Fletcher of Pittsburgh confirmed the arrest. Arbogast nabbed moment.

Second Polio Case Is Listed At Ridgway
Ridgway August 3 Joyce Eaton four daughter of Mr and Mrs Paul F Eaton is ill of polio and remains a patient in the Children's Hospital after an ambulance transport yesterday. The parents have returned home and the house is under quarantine. The disease was diagnosed by Ridgway physician after a spinal test. This is the second polio case in Ridgway this summer. Old recluse in Australia are known as hatters.
