Driver Held for Manslaughter in Route 20 Crash
Oliver A. Lomax of New York faced grand jury action on two counts of involuntary manslaughter after a collision on Route 20 two miles west of North East July 27. John Wright 54 and Mary Wright 42 died trapped in their burning car. their son Kil Wright and Howard Wright escaped. State Police from Lawrence County investigated the one way traffic incident at the bridge washout where Lomax allegedly struck the Wright vehicle, its tank exploded and the car caught fire.
