Franklin August 7 A 19 year old man Donald Reith died Tuesday night at Franklin Hospital from a broken neck after a dive into shallow Sugar Lake water last Saturday. He was a son of Leonard L. Sull of New Castle and worked at Joy Mill Shine Co. He and others swam after a drink provided by his employer. He was paralyzed from the waist down at the hospital, with vertebrae fractures in the neck.
