Boston AP report says 21 year old Joseph R. Seitz, an MIT special student, bought two thirds of an intercontinental ballistic missile kit from private firms and has access to the rest. He cites salvage yards in Massachusetts and a Taunton warehouse for stages and assemblies. He notes assembling an ICBM is a 500 man year effort and asserts no classified knowledge is needed.
