Man Struck While Lying In Road Near Garland
Garland man Donald Allan Scott, 24, is in satisfactory condition at Warren General Hospital after being struck by a car while lying across Route 27 three miles south of Garland yesterday morning. Allan Johnson, 28, of Glenwood Street, said he could not avoid hitting Scott and reported seeing him head toward the road and feet near the berm.
