Old School Mates Reunion Draws 65 Attendees
A large turnout attended the Uth annual Old School Mates Reunion at West Spring Creek Simdlay with 65 former students and teachers present. Officers were re elected after a 1 30 pm picnic. G D Eldred stays president, Homer Manley secretary treasurer, Mrs Paul Whaley executive chair. Six former teachers joined the gathering and toured the new facilities at West Spring Creek. The 1952 meeting is set for the first Sunday in August at the same location.

Homecoming services close after week at McCray Church
After Sunday service a large dinner for more than 80 at the Community House marked the close of the McCray Church homecoming week. Captain Grace Hotchkiss dedicated a Clinton Warnr memory plaque and a future tree planting was announced. Melody Four sang as former pastors Rev B F Armitage and Rev Willard R Marsteller spoke, with letters read from absentees Mrs Cora McCray and Mrs Robert Gates.

The First Methodist Church hosted the Saturday afternoon ceremony for Miss Junetta Davis and Harold T. Duell with a double ring service at 2 o'clock. Craftsmen Chapter Picnic Hosted Near Waterford
The Evie Chapter of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen held a Saturday picnic at the Grunza farm near Waterford for about 450 members. After a bountiful supper, ceramic work was done and plans announced for the next meeting on the first Thursday of September at the Erie Museum with Leroy Flint of the Cleveland School of Art as guest speaker on "Doings for all Crafts." Mr. and Mrs. Frank Grice Jr and Miss Elizabeth Crowe attended.

Weekend activities at Corry Country Club included a dance Saturday evening and a supper last night. Thirty five couples attended the dance with recorded music. The largest crowd of the season gathered for the supper, served at 6 90 o'clock to 100 persons. Mrs Langdon Rowe and her committee organized the meal. Cards and gal t were enjoyed in the evening.
