Big Evening Red Cross Community Festival At St Thomas Parish

Soldier Leo Allen Killed in Action Near July 26

Dispatch from the War Department confirms Army private Leo Allen was killed in action on July 26 during a major offensive. Ladies of St Elizabeths Do Red Cross Work

The Ladies of St Elizabeths Teed Cross Unit No 6 prepare to aid at Red Cross Headquarters tomorrow afternoon at 2 o clock. Single ladies will gather at the Red Cross Surgical Dressings rooms in the federal Building tomorrow evening to complete hospital retirement relief work. Rev Dr L Foulke has been invited to speak on a three week patriotic series in October at Oxark Mountain under White Plains Community association.
