Fragmented Historic Text Preservation Note
A distorted OCR fragment mentions ordering a grade, a sign, and names like Jowen Ina on, with unclear actions. Reading shows incomplete phrases about placement and order, but no coherent event, date, or location to anchor a summary. The readable bits are too fragmentary to identify persons, organizations, or outcomes.
