May Ask Court Order On Fuel Service In Erie
Attorney Samel Baker represents about 400 Pennsylvania Gas Co. consumers who allege discrimination in gas service. He hints at seeking a court injunction to prevent shutoff while a PUC complaint is pending, noting conversion orders and rejected applications. A PUC hearing in Erie is likely once the company answers. If delayed, Baker may pursue court action to force continued service.
