Kresge seeks injunction to halt road widening near Washington Park
Kresge Co petitioned the U S District Court on Wednesday seeking an injunction to stop the State Highway Dept from widening Oak Spring Food Road where it intersects Route 19 in Washington County. The filing claims the condemnation serves private rather than public use and would take land across the shopping center’s entrance.
