Corry officials weigh a new southside school site as state education officials may approve only sites meeting department requirements. The Concord block, 2.83 acres on Concord King East Pleasant and East South, contains 11 houses and an assessed value near 57 thousand dollars with condemnation risk potentially pushing costs toward 70 thousand.
