Two Year Delay Proposed for Canadian Alaskan Gas Pipeline

The plan may boost rival El Paso’s Alaska land route or LNG option, while boosting Canadian exports to the United States if exports rise. Northwest and Foothills weigh the impact as Washington weighs accepting delays in exchange for higher Canadian gas exports.
