Mayville Driver Fined for Drunk Driving With Suspended Jail
Richard E. Riggs of Wellsville was fined 60 and sentenced to three months in jail with suspension on a driving while intoxicated charge. He crashed on Route 173 near Chautauqua after guard posts were damaged and his car went into a ditch.
