Budget plan hikes sales and business taxes in Harrisburg

A market survey by R H Bruskin Associates interviewed 2,531 Americans in May about life in 1987 across autos, aviation, clothing, TV, and sports. Respondents foresee smaller cars, faster planes, altered television shows, and evolving fashion with varied costs and fuels. Nine in ten expect TV changes, and energy concerns push preference for smaller cars and alternative fuels.
