Harrisburg April 29 A binist gray uniform union of blue and gray has been chosen for Pennsylvania’s reserve defense corps the home guard organized to aid the state during emergencies while the National Guard serves federally Captain Leroy V Green Gov James Greene said the uniform will be sturdy wool black and blouse The defense corps led by Brigadier General Robert M Vail state adjutant general will open to enlist 2900 men within a few weeks.
