Beating Student Reporter Arrest Of Teacher In Mount Pleasant
Janiar Calvin Eicher a 32 year old Mount Pleasant high school teacher was arrested on aggravated assault and battery charges for beating student Larry 16 at Hempfield Area Senior High School last Thursday. Mrs John Kocevar Middletown filed the charges. Eicher released on a 1000 dollar bond and to appear before an alderman Monday. 1959 saw 40 executions under civil law in the United States.
