Former Corry Woman Sues for 75000 Over Railroad Crash
Edith Cnnawick of Erie formerly Corry files a 75000 damages suit in Erie county court against the Pennsylvania Railroad Company for the death of her daughter Alma Delayera 88 killed in the crash at the 10th street grade crossing on April 1. Delavera was buried in Pine Grove cemetery after funeral at her home 1108 East 20th Street Brie. The plaintiff sues for herself and for her daughter's four children the youngest eight years old. Delavera was a passenger in a car driven by May S. Johnson when it collided with a railroad engine near Perry Street on 10th killing three others including Mrs. Plara Edita rd of Erie and John A. Forsberg 40 of Wesleyville.

Veteran of Civil War dies in Oregon figure linked to Lincoln assassination night
J A Pioppoum Folmer West Glymer resident who stood in front of Ford's Theatre when Lincoln was shot died yesterday in Portland Oregon. A Civil War veteran he settled in Clymer then Jamestown before moving to Oregon where he had lived years. He served as supervisor and justice of the peace and will be remembered by Clymer residents.
