Parole Gains Parole for Son
Elmer Kissman, convicted of manslaughter of his wife in 1949, secured a two year parole for his nineteen year old son Ronald after pleading for leniency. Judge Rossiter ordered the parole to extend to Ronald until age 21 following Ronald’s April 1 arrest for driving after suspension and a false kidnapping claim. Elmer Kissman remains on parole for the 1949 shotgun slaying of Lenora, with a current parole until June 3, 1959.
