Three Erie men face riot charges appeal terms may loom
Three Erie men sentenced for inciting to riot, assault and battery and malicious mischief in the Griffin Manufacturing strike case may appeal by May 6 to the Super Court while rumors grow that they will begin serving terms. Funeral Services for John Yaratch
Requiem mass was held at 9 o'clock at St Ellea church for John Yarateh of Corty Ri iD who died at Corty hospital after several weeks of illness. Burial followed in St Elizabeth's Cemetery.
