It traces East Main street resurfacing and East Columbus avenue upgrades to prior administrations, City officials, and cooperation with the Highway Department. It cites the Wheeler bill funding and argues the city nearly lost the project over budget issues. It questions the assemblyman’s failure to resolve the Lemon street route crisis.
