Fragmented OCR notes hint at political figures and events
The readable text references Nixon Hubert H and Kennedy in a political context, mentions Press Club, write-in scenarios, and a Plymouth landing scenario with three miles of mud. The fragmentary lines imply a news digest of political figures and local events without clear structure.
