Swartz to Issue Early Decision in Will Case
Swartz will render an early decision in a contested will matter involving Dermis Dugan Corry who challenges a will of mice Brisbie. The estate is valued at an inventoried amount of 74245. Dugan, described as an “old friend” of the deceased, claims Briskie’s 1925 will is genuine while Briskie’s 1929 document favors Dugan. Swartz will decide which documents should be accepted as authentic and the outcome for Anthony Briskie and the deceased’s three sisters remains disputed.
