Route rebuilding contract awarded to John F Bloomer
The Hartisbike announcement states John F Bloomer of Appleton Wisconsin won the bid to rebuild 7.36 miles of Route between Titusville and south of Riceville for 023,653. The project runs in two sections, mainly Titusville to Five Corners with 7,500 feet between Centerville and Riceville. The road will be concrete 22 feet wide.
