James E. Hills 21 of Meadville Talon employee and Edinboro State College student was killed when his car left Route 20 near Westfield, struck a tree and overturned. Coroner Ralph Wallace said he died at the scene from multiple injuries. deputies noted the 1:30 am accident after curving off the highway.
