A group of Conneaut Lake businessmen plan to form Oakland Beach Heel Corp to buy the 80 room Oakland Beach Hotel and annex. The deal covers the hotel itself, the annex, the Marine Bar, the beach, the 18 hole golf course and clubhouse, and the adjacent Tenge area along Route 18.
