Warehouse at Erse Looted for Cigarettes
A warehouse at 27 Peach Street, Erse, was burglarized between Tuesday 6 p.m. and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. with thieves taking about forty large boxes of Camel and Chesterfield cigarettes valued at 2600 dollars. Entry occurred via Lawrie Bross furniture warehouse, aided by a snowstorm, police report says. Cigarettes bore factory marks O212-2 C-20-285 and 4-62.
