Attempt to Abduct Girl Near Kingsville Foiled
Conneaut youths Warren Eades Joseph Dawley Edna Saytelle and Alma Husentury were stopped by an armed man at a New York Central crossing seven miles west of town. The assailant dragged Miss Dusenbury toward a fast freight but Dawley and companions fought back. Dawley grabbed a hammer and boarded the caboose after the gunman, who released the girl and fled as the train moved on.
