Con game defrauds two savings and loans

A con artist using a proprietor’s mortgage details fooled two savings and loan associations, obtaining 680 dollars from Mutual Building and Loan and 580 dollars from Marquette Building and Loan with returned checks marked insufficient funds. A black woman posed as the owner’s representative and claimed a due house payment, then walked away with cash after offering a bogus check.
