Mrs. G J Wilson and son Jack, formerly of this city, and Mrs Martha Langley of Hirle left today by motor for Washington DC to visit the former's brothers Carl id Joseph Pope. They will then go to Enfield NC for extended visits with relatives. Mr Wilson plans to accompany them home in May. Misses Mabel Taylor Lona Merkr and Gertrude Field attended the Rio Rita show in Jamestown last evening. George Orcutt left for Dartmouth University in Hanover NH for studies after vacation with his parents in the city. Rebecca MacKenzie was sent back to Bastor MA to resume studies at the Vesper School of Arts after vacation with her parents. Mrs JL Pete Lake NY spent the vacation as a guest at the home of Art Sharles Stewart in East Pirita. Several local residents attended the W H and G A R meeting in Union City today. Mr and Mrs Michael Litz, visiting Butler PA relatives, returned home yesterday. Mrs Charles Kane and son Edward of Conneaut and Charles Kane of Cleveland left after visiting Mrs Katherine Maloney. W E Matthews Jr departed this morning for an extended business trip to Pittsburgh Cincinnati Chicago Alamogorda NM and other places. Misses Jean and Satan Machine returned from Bradford after funeral services for Mr Chevie Machin, formerly of this city. P G Wegmer was a visitor this morning. Miss Rowette Gillette, visiting this city, leaves for Ogontz Philadelphia to resume studies. Miss Mary Wynn, a surgical patient at Gurty Hospital, returned home to Spring Creek after visiting her mother. Mr and Mrs L T McIfroy depart this afternoon for Cleveland for an airplane show and will visit Buffalo before returning home.
Mrs Hay Wolford and Helen Morrell were among Corryites caring for the Rio Rit town shay last evening. Mrs. Crowley of West Frederickt is ill. her son and daughter-in-law J Crowley of Pennmore are summoned from Com ry. James Croweht visited Kane on business, Florence Soup left for Youngsville, and Frances Hover’s illness prompted a Barnes visit. Carl Nelson plans aviation study at Stinson. Helen Craker returns from Meadville. Mr and Mrs G Biter and daughter visit the Swann home in Corry.
