Changes in High School Basketball and Football Rules Stir Debate
The Erie area district faces questions over whether Corry Warren and Youngsville should stay in District 10 for basketball titles. Coaches weigh rule changes including high school exceptions, dead ball clarifications, and kickoff play to speed games. Public discussion centers on fairness, crowd impact, and potential league realignment as spring football practice reveals opinions on newer interpretations of rolling wedges and lineups.
