April 7 Warren County commissioners approved the 1939 county and institution district budgets with no change in millage. The county budget is 247,635 dollars with four mills, while the institution district shows 129,250 dollars with five mills. Budgets reflect loan repayments, and without these payments the institution budget would be about 250 dollars less than last year. There were no major changes in the lists on view since March 1 at the commissioners’ office.
