Search Fails As Jumper Disappears In Erie
ERIE Police and firemen failed to locate a man reported on the 12th floor ledge of the G Daniel Baldwin Building last night. A crowd gathered around 10 p.m. as searchlights scanned the west and south faces. officers said the person ducked inside the building and a nearly 30 minute search found no sign of the unidentified man. Later in Manchester England Danny Kaye to conduct Britain's Halle for charity.

Senator Budd Dwyer announced availability of regular and veteran PA Higher Education Assistance Agency grant applications. Deadlines for 1974 75 non veteran aid include April 30 for renewal, May 31 for pre 1974 graduates, and August 1 for non degree students in various programs. Veterans may apply any time until April 1 of the requested academic year.
