Andy Washnock 46 of Cochrantron and Mark Dilley 72 of Centerville were in a Corry car chase after officers spotted a vehicle with no lights driven east on East Main Street. Washnock was charged with drunken driving after refusing a breath test. he was held for Erie County court action. Dilley and Arthur Hayes 32 of Centerville were not charged.
