Kitts Firm On Stand Against Petty Cases
Erie county criminal court rejected as a collection agency for minor judgments. Judge Wirim Junge Miles presiding dismissed aggravated assault charges against H. J. Derrick of 904 Parade St. and censured attorney John A. Blackmore for advising Ros to file the case. Blackmore denied involvement, saying he only represented Ros in alderman’s court. Judge Kitts cooperates with District Attorney Burton R. Lauba to keep such cases out of court.
