Mayville Prison Sentence For Hollins In First Degree Assault
Sain Henry Hollins 45 of Dunkirk was sentenced to one and a half to three years in Attlea state prison after a jury found him guilty of first degree assault for a shooting that followed a dice game dispute at his home harming Saul Lee Wilson of Silver Creek. The trial concluded March 8 with 11 jurors and one woman voting guilty. The sentence was handed down by County Judge Hugh V. Hotine yesterday. Meanwhile local notices urge hospital auxiliary rummage sale contributions for April 4-5 and report a DAR meeting at the Smith street home of Mrs. Walter Auer with Rev. Joseph Clair as guest speaker.
