Epworth League District Convention Here June 20 21
The twenty fourth annual convention of the Ida Grove District Epworth League will be held in Correctionville Tuesday and Wednesday June 20 and 21. From 150 to 200 delegates are expected with a strong program led by district leaders. A closing session lecture by Dr Ernest Wray Oneal DD pastor of First Methodist Chicago is anticipated.

Profitable Convention of Sunday School Workers

George Hahn Dies After Heat Exhaustion in Correctionville
George Hahn died Saturday at his sister Mrs William Jackson’s home after an eight day illness caused by heat. He was over 60, unmarried, and had lived in Correctionville about 12 years. The funeral was at the Jackson home and burial in Washta Cemetery. Survived by three brothers Charles Washta Sam Kansas and Trenry Correctionville, and sister Mrs Mary Jackson. Card of Thanks expresses appreciation for kindness and sympathy.
