Recreation Group Approves Youth Center Plan

At a special meeting the Recreation Commission accepted a no pass out rule for teens at the Youth Center with a liberal interpretation. Marcy Brooks said most students will follow the decision and that youth will have input again. The council plans to form a student organization with three adults to supervise activities by Sunday.
