Coronado Property Owners Invited To See New Assessments
The Coronado reappraisal is complete and new land values appear on the 1947 rolls. The County Assessor's office says values align with full cash value as required by state law, with limited building value changes only where physical changes occurred. Deputies will assist owners at the Civic Center in San Diego and taxpayers should bring tax bills to locate their records before the rolls are turned over to the Board of Equalization.
