Disastrous Fire Levels Premier Ranch Barn

W F Eldridge owner of the Premier ranch north of the river suffered a 1500 loss by fire at ten o clock last night when one barn and its contents were totally destroyed. The origin is unknown. The barn was found entirely in flames.

Halloween Party Delights Epworth League Members

The Epworth League fourth department of the M. E. church hosted a Halloween social for sixty members and friends. Ghosts filled the decorated social parlor as fortunes were told with water and a ring penny and nickel, an airship ride illusion wowed guests, Pluto Miss Nellie Fink added humor, and photographer Mr. Barnes captured group pictures before departure.

Fire Devours Barley Hay Harness Mules and Poultry

The owner says the loss reaches 1500 dollars with partial insurance. The blaze consumed sixty tons of barley hay not sold at 12 dollars per ton, six sets of harness, his best mule, and thirty six chickens roasting in the premises.
