A large turnout at city hall Tuesday saw the selection of E A Stobbs to fill the unexpired trustee term vacated by A F Gillet. Balloting moved from four nominees to Stobbs on the third count, with Stobbs receiving four votes and winning unanimously. The board also approved deputy wiring inspector appointment for Fart-Potter under Building Inspector Savery and ordered investigations into Pacific Light and Power’s lack of franchise.
