Border fighting intensifies near Nogales and Ciudad

German Cruiser Berlin Disarms Off Norwegian Coast
Christiana Norways November 17 The German cruiser Berlin has begun disarming off the northwest coast near Trondheim well outside the North Sea. Report says she attempted escape into the North Sea and act as a commerce raider in the Atlantic. She was given 24 hours to put to sea but chose disarmament over risking pursuit by the English fleet.
