A dozen floats and tableaus highlighted the Corona Peace Society Peace Day observance. Miss Helen Coffin organized the moving pageant with school and church groups marching from the high school along the Boulevard to Sixth Street and back. Families and children portrayed historic peace efforts with Quakers, Indians, Wil liam Penn, and modern peace advocates, ending with a living peace flag and a featured Lud friendly tableau by G M Donnelly.
