Delinquent stock will be sold at public auction on April 19, 1909 to cover the unpaid assessment and advertising costs.
An advertisement asserts De Witt's Kidney and Bladder Pills uniquely help weak kidneys and bladder inflammation. It claims antiseptic action and prompt relief for backache rheumatism and urinary disorders with a strong call to accept no substitute and to buy.
The site clears old shacks to make way for Frank Alden’s brick structure on Sixth Street. Construction will start after the foundation is laid. It will span 75 feet frontage with modern design.
