Coplen Expands Big Model Ranch Near Corona
J B Coplen of Los Angeles expands his alfalfa holdings by 191 acres in the Yorba grant, bringing total to 380 acres with 170 acres in alfalfa. He plans full seeding and improvements including three barns a ranch house pumping plant and a residence for his family. Coplen and two sons are in Corona, staying at the Hotel Del Rey to oversee the land and investments totaling about 74000 dollars.

Santa Fe cutoff opens Riverside to faster Los Angeles access
