The City Council met at City Hall on Tuesday with all members present. New City Clerk Mason Terpening and Marshal W D Lyman were sworn in. Jno L Merriam’s bond not yet arrived. Grants and extensions approved for Taber Sutherland hallway, Kellogg estimates for street work, and resignations/appointments circulated. Committees formed for auditing police fire water and street departments. Main Street grade from Ninth to Ontario proposed by Water Company for new pipe line.
