Woman's Club Art Exhibit Showcases California Watercolors
Courtesy of Mr. Con way Griffith the Woman's Club hosted thirty two original water color paintings at Mrs. E. P. Newton's home yesterday afternoon. Hostesses included Mrs. Newton and Mrs. Dr. Huff with Miss Lewis. Music by Mrs. Bates and Miss Bates accompanied refreshments. Many works depict Elsinore Catalina San Juan Capistrano and Laguna scenes and a number are mission views made for Frank Miller of the Glenwood Mission Inn for hotel decorations.
