Roy Thomas, 38, died at Riverside Community hospital at 3 15 pm after a week unconscious following a fight near Murrieta Monday evening with Roy Southard, 34. Southard is jailed for investigation with no charges filed yet. An inquest will determine responsibility. Southard’s motive and exact events remain under inquiry. Thomas is survived by his wife, and Southard has attorney H L Thompson.
